The Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute will hold its now annual ASTRO conference in two weeks in Laval. The theme this year is “Space for Business”.

The Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute (CASI) has announced the recipients of its five Senior Awards for both its AERO and ASTRO events.

Canadian Space Agency (CSA) president Sylvain Laporte surprised the audience at the CASI ASTRO 18 conference with his talk. Expecting an update on CSA activities, the audience listened attentively when Laporte addressed “the elephant in the room.”
