How do I contact the SpaceQ News Subscription service?

SpaceQ provides email support during the following business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EDT. Please direct your queries to support@spaceq.ca. Response are usually answered within 1 hour of receipt.

I’ve misplaced my password, how can I recover and change it?

Go to the password recovery page and use the recover password feature as shown below.

Where’s my subscription information?

From the primary navigation menu at the top of any web page you can access your account information when logged in.

I registered but didn’t complete the subscription process. How do I complete the subscription process?

To complete the registration you will need to click on the link in the email you received to verify your email address. If you didn’t receive the email to verify your email address you should check your spam filter. Alternatively, you might have misspelled your address. Register again.

What’s the difference between cancelling or abandoning my subscription?


Cancel subscription – Cancels recurring payments for your subscription, letting it expire at the end of the current period.

Abandon subscription – Cancels recurring payments and the removes your subscription from your account immediately.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade a Monthly Subscription or Annual Subscription. In your account, under Subscriptions, select Upgrade for your options.
