About: CASCA Annual Meetings are open to all interested persons (whether belonging to the Society or not) who register in attendance. Presentation of scientific papers is restricted to members or applicants for membership or temporary residents of Canada who are sponsored by a present member or other speakers invited by the Local Organizing Committee. Excluding invited talks, any CASCA member is allowed to present one oral and one poster communications if he/she so wishes, if time permits and at the discretion of the Local Organizing Committee. However, his/her name can appear on additional papers as an additional co-author. Papers of absentee authors will not be presented, except by title only.
Note: A supervisor of an undergraduate student can ask (on an occasional basis) that the undergraduate be allowed to present a paper on their research.
