Canadensys is vying to lead the first Lunar Rover Mission (LRM) for Canada. To that end it received a Phase A contract last fall from the Canadian Space Agency. That contract has now been augmented with an additional $270,000.

This past week at the Lunar Science for Landed Missions Workshop, two commercial landing opportunities panels were organized that included representatives from Moon Express, Astrobotic, Blue Origin, iSpace, Masten Space, PT Scientists, Team Indus, Masten and Ceres Robotics.

His topic was Small Satellites for Science and Other Uses and as an example: Earth Observation, promises and challenges. Among the technologies he discusses is the Interplanetary Internet and what the future might hold. The talk is about 30 minutes with a 12 minute question and answer session.
