The Ryerson Propulsion Group which had seen its funding partially approved, then frozen, has now seen its funding approved, after it became public.

At the recent Montreal Space Symposium SpaceQ had an opportunity to speak with the organizers of Launch Canada and the Canadian Satellite Design Challenge to get update on their respective programs.

MONTREAL – NASA’s push to land people on the moon in 2024 is a stepping stone to a much larger goal – landing people on Mars.

MONTREAL – Space is not only an interdisciplinary business, but one that is in urgent need of artificial intelligence “translators” who can work across different fields, says the chair of Canada’s space advisory board.

With the 2018 Montreal Space Symposium (MSS) scheduled to start in just over two weeks on October 18 and 19, the final program is almost set and features yet again a great list of sessions and speakers.

As September comes to a close there are some great events across Canada in October and November for the everyone in the space community.

Young, motivated and ambitious. That’s how I would describe three of the organizers of the Montreal Space Symposium I had chance to interview.
