A federal election in Canada presents a unique opportunity for stakeholders as it relates to regulatory reform and the possible creation of new laws.

Canada’s new space strategy on the surface may look like a step forward, but when it comes to reforming regulations to spur innovation and help the commercial space sector, the strategy does little to improve Canada’s competitiveness.

The Canadian Space Commerce Association along with the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada which organized the Space 2.0 Roundtable at the Canadian Space Agency headquarters in February, has released a report from the event and one of the presentations.

Innovation, Science and Economic Development has posted a new website for the new Space Advisory Board (SAB). It includes the consultation paper we previously published and the cities and dates the SAB will be visiting over the course of the next month. They are listed below.
