NASA’s NEEMO 15 mission with Canadian astronaut David Saint- Jacques onboard is into mission day 5. Today there will be no EVA’s as the crew Crew will do behavioural science projects from inside Aquarius.

NEEMO is short for NASA Extreme Environment Mission Operations and takes place in
Aquarius, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) underwater facility which is located 5.6 kilometres off Key Largo in the Florida Keys and 19 meters below the surface.
For NEEMO 15 the astronauts are simulating a mission to an asteroid which is one of NASA’s future objectives.
