Geospatial intelligence provider Intermap Technologies, headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining 96.7 per cent of common shares in Canadian software developer PCI Geomatics Group for $11 million in cash. Intermap already owned the company’s Series B preferred shares and the balance of its common stock.
