Honeywell has been added to MDA Aurora’s supply chain and will provide products from its satellite Attitude Control System.

Honeywell said the products they would provide Reaction Wheel Assemblies, 3-Axis Space Rate Sensors and Magnetometer Unit products.

These products “offer a comprehensive control and steering solution for satellites that maintain proper altitude and position of space vehicles. This technology is essential for effective signal communication and solar power generation to keep the satellites operating efficiently.”

Their satellite Attitude Control System products will be used with Telesat’s Lightspeed low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellation.
