DESCRIPTION:The Queen’s Space Conference (QSC) is an annual space conference held in Kingston\, Ontario. The conference is centered around a series of exciting talks\, innovative workshops\, and networking opportunities. We strive to bring together industry professionals in order to provide delegates an informative\, inspiring\, and memorable conference. QSC is about sparking thought and idea-generation\, raising awareness of the space industry\, and piquing the interest in space for the future generation. \n\n7 speakers (4 speakers on Saturday\, including keynote speaker\, and 3 speakers on Sunday)\nCase competition (Saturday)\nStudent fair (Saturday)\nSocial at Clark Hall Pub on Saturday night (with drink tickets!)\nLunch and dinner on Saturday\, breakfast on Sunday

DESCRIPTION:Start your journey from space and reach for the stars \nFor this year’s conference you can expect booths\, panels\, speakers\, workshops\, as well as opportunities for in-person volunteering\, a poster competition\, and a business pitch. \nExplore and discover a location like you never did before. \nAlthough we are still finalizing the details\, a brief overview of expectations is as follows\, \n\nBooths: companies (including SEDS) can communicate their business and showcase any of their current projects.\nPanels: discussion with several speakers with varying experiences covering a given topic or several topics.\nSpeakers: individual and shorter sessions where a specific topic will be covered.\nWorkshops: smaller groups where you can interact personly with company-related activities and ask questions.\nOther opportunities (limited availability):\nIn-person volunteering\,\na poster competition where you have a chance to present and display your research\,\nand a business pitch where your idea can be judged by industry.\n\nDid someone say life on Mars\, get your gala tickets now \nWe will also be hosting a gala after the conference!
