Lalibert Arrives at the International Space Station for Poetic Social Mission

Guy Lalibert arrived at the International Space Station with his fellow crew mates Flight Engineers Jeff Williams and Maxim Suraev at 6:57 a.m. EDT this morning. Lalibert will be on the ISS until 9:05 p.m. EDT on October 10 conducting his Poetic Social Mission.


His mission is to share information and raise awareness about water-related issues with the world. His messages will spread the One Drop Foundation dream of “Water for all, all for water.”
His fellow crew mates, Williams and Suraev on Expedition 21 are relieving Expedition 20 Commander Gennady Padalka and Flight Engineer Michael Barratt. Padalka and Barratt will return with Lalibert after spending nearly six months aboard the space station conduction a variety of experiments and helping with the ongoing construction of the space station.
