Canadian Space Agency Posts Two More Requests for Proposals to MERX

The Canadian Space Agency released two more requests for proposals (RFP’s) today bringing the total to 10 RFP’s released in the just over a week. The two new RFP’s are for a Miniaturized Drill Prototype for Lunar Exploration and a Combined Active and Passive Vision System for Localisation, Navigation and Visual Servicing.

4. NEXT GENERATION POWER SYSTEM (Reference Number PW-$MTB-575-10909)
5. MICRO-ROVER PROTOTYPE PLATFORM (Reference Number PW-$MTB-525-10910)
6. MANIPULATOR MOUNTED MICROSCOPE (Close Up Imager) (Reference Number PW-$MTB-525-10907)
7. EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGY DEPLOYMENT (Reference number PW-$MTB-525-10903)
8. NEXT GENERATION COMMUNICATION TOOLS FOR A LUNAR LOCAL AREA NETWORK (Reference Number PW-$MTB-575-10905)
9. SMALL MANIPULATOR ARM COMPLETE WITH COMMAND AND CONTROL SOFTWARE INCLUDING VISUAL SERVOING (Reference number PW-$MTB-525-10902).
10. MINI-CORER (Reference Number PW-$MTB-575-10899)
The Canadian Space Agency notes that all enquiries about the RFP’s must be addressed to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) as indicated in the RFP documents.
